Affiliates and Apparel

You do not need a garage full of gear to train like a full-time adult with a real life.

Fire & Ice is a philosophy of life - Mind, Molecule, and Machine - not a gym brand chasing the next shiny SKU. This page is the short list we actually use and recommend: a Builders Pack for the Machine, a few recovery picks for Molecule, and space for books and apparel when we are ready.

If you want the plan handed to you instead of inventing another routine, start with the free Sorting Ceremony - a one-week path matched to your goals. Flagship membership is Fit365; Omni starts at $150/yr.

As an Amazon Associate, Fire & Ice Wellness LLC earns from qualifying purchases. Links below use our Associates tag. Prices and availability change on Amazon; we do not control checkout.

Prefer a plan, not a shopping list?

Gear without a program is just expensive clutter. Fit365 and the free Sorting Ceremony give you a path matched to your goals, then daily work you can actually keep.
