Body Engineer Michael: Bio
Michael's journey into health and wellness began in his youth as a high school athlete, where he excelled in Track and Field, winning three state titles. Under the guidance of a knowledgeable coach, he cultivated an appreciation for the significance of data in performance. This fascination deepened when he encountered Aubrey de Grey's provocative book, Ending Aging. De Grey, an AI programmer turned biologist, addresses the pressing question of reversing aging rather than prolonging life at the cost of health. He likens the human body to a machine that gradually loses its ability to eliminate cellular waste, leading to a deterioration that parallels that of a rusted car. This perspective inspired Michael to believe in the potential of technology to dramatically transform health and wellness.
With a background as a process engineer, Michael felt a strong desire to make a meaningful impact on people's lives. Transitioning into a role as a personal trainer allowed him to achieve two primary goals: helping individuals improve their physical capabilities and educating them on innovative technologies available at Fire and Ice Wellness LLC that promote health and vitality. Through this work, he aims to empower others to embrace healthier habits and explore the advancements that can enhance their quality of life.
Body Engineer Tabitha: Bio
Tabitha grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and relocated to Wisconsin with her husband and two children in the spring of 2016. Her journey in the fitness industry has been long-standing and deeply personal. As a child, she faced challenges with being overweight, but through dedication and determination, she successfully transformed her life during her mid to late teens through a committed weight loss journey.
Despite her achievements in weight management, Tabitha continued to experience chronic aches and pains, prompting a search for deeper solutions. A pivotal moment in her career came when she attended a lecture by a renowned exercise physiologist, which ignited her true passion within the fitness realm: corrective exercise.
Over the years, Tabitha's interest has evolved into what she now refers to as corrective functional fitness. This philosophy champions the use of compound, functional movements along with corrective techniques. The goal is to ensure that clients not only move safely but also consciously and effectively.
Her approach combines precise verbal cues with isolated corrective exercises. The ultimate aim is to empower each client to move well and sustain that ability for many years to come. Tabitha stands as a testament to the belief that through tailored fitness strategies, individuals can reclaim their bodies and enhance their well-being.

What is Corrective Functional Fitness?
Exercise is one of the most potent medicines you can have in your arsenal of longevity, but sometimes our body isn’t moving the way it was designed to move. This can be caused by incorrect repetitive movement over weeks, months, or even years. It could also simply be a structural abnormality that is preventing normal movement. Often this is completely overlooked in an athlete’s everyday life because the body is so good at compensating. However, even the body has its limits, and these poor movements can lead to muscle aches, sore joints and even muscle atrophy. Our first goal is to assess how well you move. Once we have a baseline, we set goals. Each goal is customized to help you optimize your own physical improvements and operating at a level you desire. Whether that’s being able to play competitive hockey or wonder in the wilderness for hours hunting mushrooms we want you to be able to unlock your potential. We want you to transcend your fitness goals and unlock your personal wellness
